Who I Work With

I work with clients aged 16 and over. I offer 1:1 sessions with clients face to face in Launceston, Cornwall, or online UK wide.

I provide a neurodivergent-affirming, trans-affirming, and LGBTQIA+ positive space for individuals navigating various challenges. I am committed to human rights, inclusivity and embracing diversity.

I work with people who may feel different, misunderstood, or outside of traditional expectations. One of the aims of my work as a therapist is to provide affirmative, anti-oppressive support to all of my clients. I am aware of the potential trauma and struggles people face regarding discrimination and prejudice.

Clients come to me with a wide range of presenting issues including (but absolutely not limited to); solo parenting, anxiety, Donor Conceived issues, late ADHD diagnosis, eating disorders, domestic abuse, Neurodivergence, OCD, trauma, abuse, life transitions, anger, loneliness, low self-esteem, shame and confidence issues, body image, loss of identity, PTSD, bereavement and grief, depression, relationship issues, family problems, people pleasing, peri-menopause and menopause.

I am open to working with whatever you wish to bring to your sessions, even if you do not know what has brought you here, we can try and make sense of it together.

I am a trauma informed counsellor.

If any of this resonates with you and you would like to reach out, I offer a free 10-15 minute introductory telephone or video call, so that we can discuss your reasons for wanting counselling, your goals (if you have any, if not this is something we can work on together) and see if we feel that we’d be a good fit. Please get in touch if you would like to book an introductory call or first session.
