All sessions last 50 minutes (a standard therapeutic “hour”). I offer sessions online (via Microsoft Teams), face to face in Launceston, and can also offer walk and talk sessions.

I offer concessionary fees, please contact me for more information.

We can discuss which you would prefer during your free introductory call. There are no minimum or maximum number of sessions.
